About Us

John graduated with honors in 1981 from Northeastern University with a BS in Accounting and a minor in Operations Management. Having received his MBA, he completed a career with a Fortune 500 company where he held positions in engineering and finance, leading to become a turnaround specialist as an Operations Manager,  then in the role of General Manager in 6 facilities across the nation. Leaving "large corporate life" after 20 years,  he assumed roles as President and CEO for two privately held companies. With significant operational, sales and marketing experience he became a student of the book Good To Great written by Jim Collins. Applications of the principles within the book,  combined with a defined set of unique programs he developed in his corporate life, he used the tools to lead a number of companies to significant success including international expansion and engineering process improvements.
